    I send you a clear written answer. I explain what the problem is, how big it is, and what your options are.
  4. You Choose Your Next Step
    You can try to fix it yourself, hire any expert you want using my notes as a guide, or contact someone I trust and can recommend.

I do not charge for this. I also do not get any commission or secret payment from the people I recommend.

To help me help you faster and better, please:

  • Write in English.
  • Tell me briefly who you are and what your site or idea is about.
  • Say what you want to achieve, not only which button you clicked.
  • Describe your problem clearly and simply, using short sentences.
  • Tell me what you have already tried and what happened.

On the Contact page, you will find a short structure you can follow when you write to me. If you follow it, it is easier for me to read and answer.

I usually reply within about 48 hours on working days. I often rest on weekends, but if I have time, I sometimes answer then too.
